Kids Life News
August marked a new season of ministry for the Kid’s Life ministry at Transformation as we moved into a new facility that gives Kid’s Life a larger space to work with. As a result, we are now able to keep most of the children together to learn about and worship the Lord. We have also been able to invest in new equipment (lights, sound, microphones) that has allowed for us to create a special environment for the children to enjoy and call their own. Our next goal is to purchase a good desktop computer that we can use to produce videos for a curriculum we want to create for the ministry. Please join us in praying for this desire to be met. Pressing in to His Goodness - August 2020
Peak Week 2020
Back in November I (Juli) was approached by the Children’s Pastor of another local church, Restoration Church, to see if I would be interested in collaborating with other churches to put together a summer camp for pre-teens. As the year started and this pandemic arrived, we saw how difficult it could be to make definite decisions without knowing if the camp could even happen. I Am Doing A New Thing - April 2020
Something that has been a huge plus for us in this season of “lockdown” is the way God has utilized our creativity to create a new form of ministry. For the last several months, we have talked about creating videos for Juli’s My Little Chapina business. However, what we never saw coming was how God could use this same idea to reach out to a world that has gone through a very difficult and confusing season. Over the last month, Juli has been developing videos to reach out to her 2 main age groups that she is pastoring at Transformation Church. At the same, David has been developing a video series called “7 Minutes of Encouragement” with the goal of helping people find answers and grow in their walk with God during this season.
